Fitness Classes

Kelsey Kerridge provides a wide variety of Fitness Classes from Spinning to Boxercise, Zumba to Pilates; we have over 35 classes a week to choose from.

Please note: Reduced Fitness Class Timetable August Bank Holiday Weekend 25th-28th August ’17

All classes are suitable for both men and women and all levels of fitness welcome.

Fitness Classes are offered on a first come first served basis, no pre-booking (with the exception of Spinning – limited to 15 people).

Our Gold & Silver Gym Memberships now include unlimited access to ALL Classes

Lunchtime Fitness Classes….Students Save! Students can join our lunchtime classes for just £4.00 per class (£2.40 for Krunch & Kore).
