Climbing Membership entitles you to unlimited use of the climbing wall 9am to 11pm, 7 days a week.
CLIMBING MEMBERSHIP
Climbing Membership entitles you to unlimited use of the climbing wall 9am to 11pm, 7 days a week, together with membership of the Kelsey Kerridge Sports Centre thereby enjoying member’s rates for all other facilities.
The Cambridge Climbing Centre is a state-of-the-art climbing wall boasting a 200m² climbing surface area and featuring a huge variety of angles and shapes, including a 40 degree overhanging barrel, arch and multi-faceted features. Our wall is predominately a bouldering wall, which does not require a safety harness or rope.
The Centre is also equipped with full training facilities including a campus board, pull up bar and finger boards. The existing sprayed concrete climbing wall has now been replaced by an Entre-Prises texture coated, multi-faceted, wood panelled ‘Mozaik’ climbing system that offers considerably much better route setting opportunities than before. This new section of wall has been equipped with 4 new top-rope anchors. The wall now has 1600 bolt-on holds and regular route-setting take place every 6 weeks, this will be headed up by some of the country’s top route-setters.

A one-off joining fee of £29.00 (£11.80 for concession), is payable at the time of joining for all direct debit customers. Direct Debit customers agree to enrol for a minimum of 12 months.

Off peak hours = Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and all day Saturday
Peak hours = Monday to Friday 5pm to 11pm and all day Sunday
Climbing Wall Session Card also available – 10 sessions for the price of 9 – SAVE 10%
Individuals must be registered to use the Climbing Wall unsupervised and undergo an induction on their first visit. Registered climbers may supervise a maximum of two children under 16/novice climbers as long as they are prepared to take full responsibility for their safety.

In order to qualify for student rates a valid student card e.g. NUS card, with a photo must be shown to Reception. Students must be in full time education to qualify.
In order to qualify for Senior Citizen (age 65+) or Concession rates a valid document with your date of birth should be shown to reception, or a document stating you are entitled to Disability Living Allowance/Personal Independence Payment (for Concession rates).
