Bootcamp Circuits is a combination of cardiovascular and resistance training. Ideal for all levels of fitness, this workout will enable participants to choose what level of fitness to work. Circuit classes may vary in format.
*Day Membership is included for non-members (£1.50 per adult & £1.20 per student)
All classes are on a first come first served basis.
Minimum age to attend classes is 16.
Please note; no entry to classes 5 minutes after start time.
