Zumba is a Latin inspired dance fitness class. Cardio based workout with sculpting exercises designed to tone the entire body. It’s fun, it’s different, it’s easy and it’s effective!

• Monday 6:00 – 7:00pm
• Wednesday 6:00 – 7:00pm
• Saturday 11:30am – 12:30pm

*Day Membership is included for non-members (£1.50 per adult & £1.20 per student)

All classes are on a first come first served basis. Minimum age to attend classes is 16. Please note; no entry to classes 5 minutes after start time.
